The former Max Backpack was designed for a rather broad range of people, including not only travel users and photographers with a lot of equipment, but also those for whom the Daily Plus was not enough.

For the old Max Backpack
If you put in three sizes (S, M, and L), it seems to fill up rather well.
You can put a pouch in the plus or a condenser, but a full size mirrorless is strictly forbidden.
For Max EDC
If you put in three sizes (S, M, and L), it will almost fill the space.
The flexibility of the M size allows EDC to be placed in a front pocket.
It is only a daily model, so it can handle a two-night stay, but beyond that, it is a tough size.
For the new Max Backpack
In the extended state (32L), two rows of M and L Cubes fit together.
The impression is that the space at the top can be freed up all at once, making it possible to utilize space quite effectively.
This is what makes packing more practical, changing more than the apparent specs of 2L.
So it is fully possible to use the top to hold a large 5L sling bag or a camera cube.
But there is still plenty of room for those who want to use it this way,New Max Backpackis by far the most reassuring.
If the M size is stowed vertically, tripods and other items can be neatly packed like this.
The small pockets for PC storage are now insanely easy to use!
The secure stretch material and a pocket on one side that can easily accommodate even wide items.

I tried walking for more than an hour in both X-Pac and Cordura Ripstop, and they are still more comfortable to wear than the older model, and thanks to that, I feel less tired.
The curve of the back pad seemed to work well.
In terms of specifications, the difference between X-Pac and Cordura Ripstop is only 70g, which is shorter than the previous model.
However, when used, the Cordura Ripstop is lighter and more supple than the Cordura Ripstop, and feels lighter than the Cordura Ripstop.
